The NOCA was created in 2009 following restructuring and major external renovation. The inside has been completely renovated and expanded, the architects creating a comfortable, luminous and welcoming environment.
The dining rooms provide a modern but elegant atmosphere, in line with the style of technologically innovative and advanced kitchens.
The stand-up bar represents a new way of interpreting fast food for those wanting something quick and easy in alternative surroundings.

Chefs deal with orders using tough screen monitors and the waiters using hand held computers.
